Product Details

Opinel tapered knife N°15 Padouk handle

The yatagan-type blade is made of martensitic stainless steel with a hardness of 55-57HRC from Europe. It has an ice-polished finish, with double polishing to create a mirror effect.
The blade has an excellent cutting edge and high resistance to wear, enabling it to withstand regular contact with hard materials such as ceramics before needing to be re-sharpened. A knife with a tapered style and a mirror blade in martensitic stainless steel, hardness 55-57HRC, 15 cm long
Handle in varnished Padouk African wood, 17.5 cm long
Rotating and locking collar stamped with the new logo of the Effilés range.
