In addition to its sophisticated and innovative design, Kaï has implemented a complex technical production process, combining two different types of steel (VG2 and VG10)
This superposition results in a 72-layer damask giving the blade extremely durable cutting performance. 

The damask pattern in the shape of a ray thus obtained, the brilliance of the polished blades and the design of the dark grey handles give this range of top-of-the-range knives an undeniable and impressive charm.
