Le Thiers®" knives by Fontenille-Pataud

Fontenille-Pataud is a manufacturer of fine cutlery since 1929, some of whose models can still be seen in the cutlery museum in Thiers.

All the knives manufactured in their workshops are made according to the rules of the art. They are created with inspiration from French regional knives

Fontenille-Pataud, combines traditional know-how and new technologies to produce quality collections. 
LE THIERS® knives must have the following distinctive features:
 
- The shape: a double wave, with the obliques at both ends of the handle reversed. 
- The T logo, engraved on the knife,
- The LE THIERS® brand engraved on the right-hand side of the blade, followed by "par + manufacturer's name".

A 100% French production, all parts are made in Thiers, capital of French cutlery.
