The KETU
 knives consist of a 3-layer stainless steel blade with a SG2 powdered steel cutting core.

 A black Pakka beechwood handle with the Japanese samurai family crest is placed on top. 
On the tip of the knife, unlike a traditional embossing logo, a convex Yaxell kanji logo is beautifully added. In addition, an artistic hammer pattern is stamped on the blade. In a special heat treatment process, the SG2 steel blade is capable of achieving a hardness of up to 63 HRC
