Zero tolerance automatic knives

Zero Tolerance is a brand of Kai USA Ltd, a member of the Kai Group.

This range of knives does exactly what its name implies: Zero Tolerance, for Zero Defects: flawless quality that can cope with extreme situations.
The assembly is flawless and there is absolutely no play. Many models feature the Speedsafe assisted opening system, while others are mounted on ball bearings for smooth opening. The ‘Flipper’ also makes for easy opening.

When it debuted in 2006, this range of knives was created to meet the needs of professionals in the army and law enforcement agencies, as well as other first responders such as firefighters and emergency medical personnel.

Today, the line has expanded to include a variety of more general uses, including for the general public. Thinner, lighter pocket knives complete the range, with a constant focus on maintaining the highest level of quality, as well as fixed blades and automatic knives.

All Zero Tolerance knives are manufactured in Tualatin, Oregon USA, using quality materials such as S30V, S35VN or CTS-204P steel for the blades, and G-10, carbon fibre and titanium for the handles.
