Superb series of Japanese Kanetsune knives made in Seki since 1948.

We are still in the Japanese tradition and know-how mixed with modern steel techniques.

A core of white steel n°2 covered with 11 layers of damascus pattern with a hardness of 60 HRC maintained by a handle made of magnolia wood in a D shape.

A black bolster contrasts the handle and blade.
