This range of Kai Seki Magoroku Shoso kitchen knives immediately attracts the attention of lovers of beautiful blades with their elegant and sophisticated appearance, convex cutting edge and satin finish.

Made of stainless steel and specially adapted to everyday cooking, you will notice their robustness over the days as well as their excellent sharpness!

Their "all-metal" appearance without structure between the blade and the handle as well as the diamond pattern of the stainless steel handle give this series of SHOSO knives a modern look and a very pleasant light handling.

Forged from 1 K6 stainless steel, with a carbon content of 0.8% and a Rockwell hardness of 58 +/- 1, the blade offers great strength and impeccable cutting performance. 
This cutting resistance is achieved by a new three-step slow speed grinding process specific to KAI that significantly reduces friction between the blade and the product and allows  better food cutting.
