Kai Seki Magoroku KK Yanagiba 30cm knife
The YANAGIBA or SUSHIHIKI (willow leaf blade): mainly used for filleting fish and preparing sashimi, thin slices of raw fish.
The knives in the Seki Magoroku KK series are distinguished by their sleek shape and octagonal handle. The 8A steel used for the KK range has a high carbon content and a Rockwell hardness of 58+/-1. The very long blade, with a satin wave finish, allows for precise and very fine cuts. The octagonal shape of the matt black pakka handle gives it a minimalist aesthetic. The KK series combines quality, robustness and functionality.
The extremely precise shaping of the edge allows the blade to achieve maximum sharpness.
