Deba Kai Seki Magoroku Hekiju left-handed knife, 15cm blade
The Deba is a Japanese kitchen knife with a protruding blade, used for working with fish or chopping meat. It is a heavy knife with a pointed blade measuring 11 to 23 cm in length. Its front section is ideal for filleting whole fish. It can also be used in place of a mincing knife.
Designed for left-handed users, Hekiju knives also feature a typically Japanese single-bevel blade. The handle, which is more rounded than that of the Kinju series, is made of resin with a faux leather embossing.
1K6 stainless steel with a hardness of 58-56 HRC.
Sharpening: Single-sided.
