Christophe Gourgouillat is the founder of Oxoland©, a knifemaker with a passion for knives. He is not a blacksmith like most knifemakers, but a knifemaker... and what is that?

He does not forge the blades of his knives but buys them in Finland and in the USA then he uses other materials such as deer antlers, acrylic and creates his own models.
The Damascus steel used is forged from AISI 1075 and AISI 4340 quality steel sheets. The heating and beating process is repeated 4-5 times to obtain more than 200 layers of high quality Damascus steel.
His trademark: contemporary knives. You can ask him to customize a knife and he will do it.
All these models are original pieces and always at affordable prices.
