The Tojiro Basic range is a renowned series of Japanese kitchen knives an ideal, reasonably priced entry point. It boasts a sleek, lightweight design thanks to its riveted Pakkawood handle.

It features San Mai construction, with a VG10 stainless steel core sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel for an exceptional cutting edge. The blade features a partial tang (it does not extend to the end of the handle), making for a lightweight, traditional Japanese knife.
