Mr G. David, taking up the torch of the Arbalète G. David brand, is developing the creations of one of the oldest cutlery manufacturers in Thiers from his workshop in Granetias. The company now bears his name, and he created his trademark in the company's name.
The challenge taken up by Arbalète G. David is to manufacture all its products in France, while keeping costs under control and remaining true to its commitment to excellence. David. 
In our workshops in Thiers, every stage of the manufacturing process is respected, from the cutting of carefully selected raw materials through to packaging, to ensure that the knife is produced in the purest respect for traditional methods. 
In 1930, Mr G. David began to develop a very close relationship with the Laguiole knife by making the Aveyronnais model (Laguiole without bees). Then in 1950, G. David played an essential role in the development of the laguiole knife by forging close links with the descendants of the creator of the laguiole knife.
