Skinning knife

There are two types of skinning knife: the hunter's knife and the butcher's knife.
The butcher's knife is a heavy-duty knife with a nylon or synthetic handle. The hunter's knife exists in a fixed or folding version and is an outdoor knife with a sheath in most cases.
The skinning knife is ideal for sliding the blade between the skin and organs without touching or damaging them. It can be used to make precise cuts to remove the blood from meat.
