Kai Tim Malzer Shun Premier Series Japanese Knives

Tim Malzer Shun Premier: the knife series named after the renowned German chef is designed for both professionals and home cooks. KAï has successfully combined traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology.

These knives are crafted from 32-layer hammered stainless Damascus steel with a VG-10 steel core. This premium steel, exceptionally corrosion-resistant, boasts a Rockwell hardness of 61 +/- 1, guaranteeing a long-lasting edge and outstanding cutting performance.

The convex blade profile, combined with hand-sharpening each piece individually, ensures remarkable cutting precision. The elegant and robust pakkawood handle is adorned with a bolster engraved with a bull's head, a distinctive signature of the collection.

Its symmetrical shape is equally suitable for right- and left-handed users.

Finally, the full tang construction ensures perfect balance and excellent stability during use.
