BJB Knives of Thiers

 Thiers is still the national capital of cutlery. Set up in 1948 at the foot of Montoncel, in the commune of Arconsat, the BJB (Blettery Jean Bêche) company, now run by Marc Blettery, has kept pace with developments in cutlery: blades for ceramics, bamboo handles, steak knives, rosewood.

LE THIERS® knives must have the following distinctive features: 

- The shape: a double wave, with the obliques at both ends of the handle reversed.
- The T logo, engraved on the knife,
- The LE THIERS® brand engraved on the right-hand side of the blade, followed by ‘par + manufacturer's name’.
