All-metal look with no structure between the blade and the handle, diamond pattern on the stainless steel handle.

Forged from Modybdenum Vanadium 1 K6 stainless steel, with a carbon content of 0.8% and a Rockwell hardness of 58 +/- 1, the blade offers great strength and cutting resistance.

This cutting strength - achieved by a new Kai-specific three-step slow-speed sharpening process - significantly reduces friction between the blade and the product and allows for better food cutting.
Not dishwasher safe.
