Kai Seki Magoroku Kinju Deba Knife, 16.5cm blade
The Deba is a Japanese kitchen knife with a protruding blade, used for working with fish or chopping meat. It is a heavy knife with a pointed blade measuring 11 to 23 cm in length. Its front section is ideal for filleting whole fish. It can also be used in place of a mincing knife.
Suitable for right-handed users, the knives in the Seki Magoroku Kinju series are particularly light and allow for precise cutting. The typically Japanese shape of the single-bevel blade, combined with the hexagonal handle made of black Pakka wood and black PP plastic, gives them a minimalist and timeless aesthetic. The handle is extremely water-resistant due to the use of high-quality natural wood, treated with a special process.
The extremely precise shaping of the edge allows the blade to achieve maximum sharpness.
