Shun Nagare, a range of absolute luxury based on the exceptional know-how of the Japanese cutler Kaï.

Superposition of VG2 and VG10 steel to obtain a 72-layer damask giving the blade extremely durable cutting performance. 
Hardness: 61(+/- 1) HRC

The damask pattern in the shape of a ray, the brilliance of the polished blades and the design of the dark grey handles give this range of top-of-the-range knives an undeniable and impressive charm.
