Product Details

Opinel has designed this knife with the aim of making mushroom picking easier

Equipped with a double safety ferrule and a curved blade with a toothed back in Sandvik stainless steel of 8 cm, 
This makes it easy to remove the cuticle when preparing the mushrooms, and the boar bristle brush at the end of the blade removes the soil from the mushroom stems.
