Opinel No. 312 "Essentials" Utility Knife
The indispensable knife in your kitchen: for larding, peeling, and garnishing, these are undoubtedly the most frequently used knives in every kitchen.
Their blades are short and rigid, sometimes with a pointed tip, and are used for peeling small vegetables, dicing, and slicing.
The blade is made of martensitic steel with a hardness of 55-57 HRC, sourced from Europe. Its excellent cutting edge and wear resistance allow it to withstand regular contact with hard materials and requires no special maintenance. Avoid prolonged contact with salt water or detergent.
The blade features a 10cm Spear Point profile engraved with the Opinel logo.
The handle is made of 100% recycled polymer from industrial waste. It is water and heat resistant.
