Laguiole de Fontenille Pataud knife Gilles® series “SPORT” range Damascus blade
Fontenille Pataud is one of the cutlers from the Thiernois region who have come together to perpetuate this mastery and know-how through a knife in the name of their city:
Thiers, the capital of French cutlery for more than 6 centuries and which has made the reputation of French knives by respecting the 3 key ideas: Territoriality, Quality, Morality.
First knife designed in 2003 for Fontenille Pataud by Robert Beillonnet. The Laguiole Sport still remains to this day the market benchmark for “large” Laguioles of at least 13 cm.
