Chevalerias "Alpin" Folding Knife, Black Cinnamon

Handcrafted folding knife made in the Chevalerias cutlery workshops in Palladuc.

This regional knife features a traditional slipjoint mechanism, essential for your everyday activities.

A white blade made of Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel, easy to sharpen, with high corrosion resistance. It cuts like a razor. Yatagan shape. The "Alpin" marking is on the blade.
Opening with a fingernail notch on the blade.
Black Cinnamon Handle: The handle incorporates an inclusion of real cinnamon combined with a black polymer resin.

The handle releases a pleasant, natural cinnamon scent when handled.

Equipped with a simple brushed stainless steel bolster at the front to protect the pivot.

On this model, the engraving on the back of the spring is sometimes very simple or understated (simple grooves or regular geometric notches), a far cry from the elaborate twisted or floral motifs found on some Laguiole knives.

Locking mechanism: Traditional slipjoint system with manual opening via the notch in the blade (the tang).
