Fontenille Pataud ‘LE PRADEL’ range pocket knife
Fontenille Pataud is one of the cutlery makers from the Thiers area who have come together to perpetuate this mastery and know-how through a knife bearing the name of their town:
Thiers, the capital of French cutlery for over 6 centuries, and who have built the reputation of French knives by respecting the 3 key ideas: Territoriality, Quality, Morality.
This is a reinterpretation of the famous knife that was widely used in the west of France in the early 20th century. Inspired by the historic model, Fontenille-Pataud has designed a sober, modern knife. Its discreet rear pump blade locking system ensures that you can use it in complete safety. The Pradel, like its ancestor, will be discreet in your pocket but effective in everyday use.
Blade: Damasteel® Vinland stainless steel. Hardness 60 HRC
Matt mitres.
