New SOLID® Karambit LionSteel "L.E.ONE MID" folding knife in aluminium in collaboration with Ernest Emerson
Emerson knives have been serving the world's most elite special operations soldiers in every global conflict and covert mission for over 20 years.
LionSTEEL-Emerson ONE" is back with the LEOne Mid, a compact and ultra-light version of the first and leading SOLID® karambit folding knife.
The Karambit knife originated in Asia, and more specifically in Indonesia and the Philippines, where it is used by practitioners of Pencak-Silat, an Indo-Malaysian martial art. It is used for self-defence. The ‘L.E.ONE’ has a full aluminium handle, M390 Bohler steel with black PVD finish (anti-reflective, less scratches) and Emerson-Wave. The Hawkbill-shaped blade is impressively rust-resistant and retains its sharpness very well.
The 11.5 cm Solid Frame-Lock handle, already a distinctive lionSTEEL feature, is milled from a solid piece of Ergal aluminium available in a range of colours.
When the Karambit knife is held in a pocket by the clip, you can pull the ring to remove the knife from the pocket and open the blade at the same time (thanks to the hook on the back of the blade).

SOLID® technology, developed by Lionsteel, produces a one-piece handle cut from a single piece of material in a machining centre. The steel insert is placed at the end of the locking bar to protect the titanium part from wear caused by blade rotation. The Wave Feature system, faster than an automatic knife, opens instantly in your hand, ready for use.
The reversible steel clip can be attached on the other side using a square steel pin.
Specifications:
Overall length when open: 17.4 cm
Blade length: 5.8 cm
Length when closed: 11,5cm
Blade thickness: 3.5 mm
Net weight: 85 gr
All LionSteel knives are made in the Maniago factory: no third-party products are sold, and no production is subcontracted.
This guarantees meticulous, systematic control over product quality.
