Spyderco Pacific Salt 2 pocket knife by Sal Glesser
This EDC knife is ideal for everyday use, especially in the marine environment, with a perfect grip. It cuts like a razor blade.
The H2 steel, in which the carbon is replaced by nitrogen, offers excellent corrosion resistance and a longer cutting edge.
The Salt 2 is an improved version of the old Pacific Salt. All the parts likely to rust are treated to make them virtually impervious to rust and also to salt.
Smooth satin-finish white blade in H2 steel, hardness 58HRC, notched, hollowed-out profile, can be opened with the thumb thanks to the slightly larger-than-usual hole in the blade, making it easier to use with gloved, wet or cold hands.
blade lock: Backlock.
Black FRN handle, lighter than the G10, with textured checkerboard ramp for the index finger and thumb.
Reversible tip-up and tip-down pocket clip for right- or left-handed use.
One-hand opening, ambidextrous knife.
Spyderco engraved on the blade.
Hole at the back for a cord to pass through - an additional means of attachment as this type of knife can very quickly be lost in water.
