Benchmade Redoubt mixed tactical or EDC folding knife, light and powerful !

The Redoubt is part of the Black Class series, it is a versatile and incredibly strong knife
An EDC folding knife that cuts like a razor blade and can always get you out of a jam.
Mixed blade: Drop-point type made of high quality steel CPM-D2 (hardness 60-62 HRC)
Smooth edge and black colour coated with black Cerakote to avoid scratches and reflections. Still easy to sharpen.
The opening is done by thumb stud
The handle is made of green/grey grivory, a very light and strong plastic. It is moulded in one piece.
It is textured for an optimal hold
Locking: Axis-Lock*.

* Axis-Lok, Ambidextrous locking system-Unlocking the blade. The locking is automatic and the blade unlocking is done by pulling towards the back of the system. It is a very gentle system for use which allows the opening and closing of the knife by movement of the wrist. It can be coupled to an assisted system for opening or automatic opening.
