Product Details

TB Maestro kitchen knife

Manufactured in Thiers by the French cutler Tarrerias-Bonjean, the 25 cm full tang blade is made from 56 HRC hardness NITROX steel. An efficient knife for cutting, slicing and mincing. The material is sliced cleanly, and the blade is wide and rigid.

Ergonomic handle made from POM, a lightweight, highly resistant polymer. Round bolster for extra comfort.

A kitchen knife for professionals and amateurs alike.

Dishwasher safe


Made in France in Thiers.
