Boker Damascus slicing or carving knife 37 layers of Damascus steel and olive wood

This series of Boker Damascus Olive chef's knives is in perfect harmony with the traditional Japanese handle shapes made of black laminated wood and the razor-sharp blades.
With its long, slender shape, the slicing knife is ideal for the precise cutting of meat and fish. Very thin slices can be cut just as easily as cubes or slices of uniform thickness. The ham knife is slightly more flexible than other knives and glides perfectly through the meat.
The VG10 damascus steel with 37 layers of rust-resistant steel is manufactured in Japan and is characterised by a high degree of hardness and a homogeneous crystal structure.
The comparison of the cutting performance with a product of a kitchen knife manufacturer in Solingen is more than 68% better. This means you don't have to worry about resharpening.

The olive wood handle, a stainless steel bolster with a steel rivet to contrast with the handle.
