Product Details

The 1896 range of knives designed by Oreste Frati, a talented designer who works in collaboration with Fox Knives.

Oreste Frati was inspired by the design of classic European chef's knives.
The perfect slicing knife for cutting large pieces of meat, ham on the bone or roasts into extra-thin slices.

Satin-finish blade in X50Cr15MOV stainless steel, a flawless, smooth cutting edge, a resistant steel that's perfect against corrosion, easy to sharpen. HRC 57.

Rounded dark walnut handle. Handle attached to the full tang blade by three rivets.

Do not put in the dishwasher.
Dry the knife immediately after washing to prevent the wood from splitting or losing its beauty.
