2C.1004NO 1896 Due Cigni kitchen knife

The 1896 range of knives designed by Oreste Frati, a talented designer who works in collaboration with Fox Knives.

Oreste Frati was inspired by the design of classic European chef's knives. 
The kitchen or utility knife is a multi-task knife, from a simple garlic clove to a large vegetable, it's the all-rounder.

The satin-finish blade is made from X50Cr15MOV stainless steel, for a flawless, smooth cutting edge. This steel is resistant to corrosion and easy to sharpen. HRC 57.

Rounded dark walnut handle. Handle attached to the full tang blade by three rivets.

Do not put in the dishwasher.
Dry the knife immediately after washing to prevent the wood from splitting or losing its beauty.
