KAI Wasabi black bread knife 23 cm

Its long, rigid, serrated blade cuts through the toughest crusts and slices cleanly without crushing the bread.
It can also be used to cut roasts.

The 23 cm blade is made from polished stainless steel, while the handle is a blend of polypropylene and bamboo powder (a natural anti-bacterial agent). The special feature of the handle is that it is not inserted like traditional Japanese knives, but is completely embedded in the blade, making it completely fixed to the blade and therefore immovable.
Thanks to this process, no dirt is deposited on the handle.
