KAI Wasabi black 23 cm chef's knife
The chef's knife lives up to its name, and is indispensable in the kitchen for cutting vegetables into sticks or julienne strips and chopping herbs.
It is also used to cut large pieces of meat or fish into pieces.
The 23 cm blade is made from polished stainless steel, while the handle is a blend of polypropylene and bamboo powder (a natural anti-bacterial agent). The special feature of the handle is that it is not inserted like traditional Japanese knives, but is completely embedded in the blade, making it completely fixed to the blade and therefore immovable.
Thanks to this process, no dirt is deposited on the handle.
