Lansky Deluxe 5 Stone Sharpening Kit

Lansky offers us a compact, reliable, easy to use "DELUXE" sharpening kit.

This kit is composed of :

- An extruded aluminium blade clamp with clamping screw and angle selector.
- 5 guide rods
- 4 alumina oxide stones: black very coarse (70) for reprofiling and bevel grinding
                                                       red the coarse grit (120) to recreate the cutting edge
                                                       green the medium grit (280) for frequent retouching and to keep the edge always impeccable
                                                       blue the fine grain (600) for frequent touch-ups
- 1 ceramic stone: yellow ultra fine grain (1000) for polishing
- 1 oil can for cleaning the alumina stones

This sharpening kit has 4 controlled sharpening angles:
- 17 degrees: For ultra-sharp sharpening of fillet knives for example, they will cut like razor blades.
- 20 degrees: For kitchen knives that require a very good edge.
- 25 degrees: For outdoor and hunting knives that need a long-lasting edge.
- 30 degrees: For intensive use such as cutting cardboard, string etc...

Delivered in a storage box with instructions.
