RedSteel II: the rapid professional knife sharpener with stainless steel base

- polish rods suplied with an hardness of 70 HRC
- Can be used with or without the supplied base,
- universal handle: usable for both right and left hand
- the handle fits into the stainless steel multi-position base, suitable for all working methods
- Safety guard on handle

Recommended for butchers, kitchen, food processing industry : polish rods enables keeping the edge of an already sharp knife

Principle:
The passage of the blade into the guide slot of the device allows to restore its edge through 4 cross-stainless steel hardened rods that remain to an always constant angle of 30 °. This easy system allows anyone to sharpen a knife without any prior training

Entirely French-made with quality materials.

Possible cleaning at high temperature (120 °).
Completely removable device.
NSF certification guaranteeing a perfect compatibility of the unit with the most stringent hygiene standards in the world.

Tip:
The mechanism and rots are for sale on our site, under reference W4065 (polish)
"Diamond" rods, more abrasive to sharpen blunt knives, are also available separately under reference W4076 (diamond)
