Lansky Sharpening Kit

Lansky offers us a compact, reliable and inexpensive standard sharpening kit.

This kit is composed of :

- An extruded aluminium blade clamp with clamping screw and angle selector.
- 3 guide rods
- 3 alumina stones: red coarse grit (120) for sharpness
                                                       green medium grit (280) for sharpening and some retouching
                                                       blue the fine grain (600) for frequent touch-ups and to keep the edge of the cutting edge always impeccable.
- 1 can of oil for the maintenance of the stones after use.

This sharpening kit has 4 controlled sharpening angles:

- 17 degrees: For ultra-sharp sharpening of fillet knives for example, they will cut like razor blades.
- 20 degrees: For kitchen knives that require a very good edge.
- 25 degrees: For outdoor and hunting knives that need a long-lasting edge.
- 30 degrees: For intensive use such as cutting cardboard, string etc...

Delivered in a storage box with instructions.
