The K3 marks the entry into the mid-sized chef's knife category. Its "Mittelspitz" (centered tip) blade is extraordinarily versatile: it excels at everything from slicing vegetables on a board to filleting fish or trimming prime cuts of meat.

Knives in the K-Series feature stainless steel blades with a 0.7% carbon content and a hardness of 60 HRC (Rockwell scale). The blade undergoes a "blue polishing" process—long considered the most sophisticated technique among Solingen blade grinders which gives the steel an iridescent, bluish sheen.
The walnut handle, featuring aluminum rivets, is distinguished by its curved, oval shape.

Crafted from select walnut, the handle boasts a rich, dark brown hue with distinctive graining and high density, secured by four brass rivets. Its slender, oval profile—characteristic of the K-Series drastically reduces hand fatigue.

Do not place in the dishwasher.
