Kai Tim Malzer Kamagata 16.5 cm TMK.0701E universal knife

The famous German chef Tim Malzer has teamed up with the exceptional know-how of the Japanese knife maker Kai to present this Kamagata series

All-purpose knife for easy cutting of vegetables and fruit with firm skin, sausages, bread sticks, etc.
The blade is made of 4116 stainless steel with a hardness of 57 HRC and a profile characterized by a curved shape, hence the name "Tamagata". The name and signature of Tim Malzer are engraved in the blade.

The black POM handle is ambidextrous and gives an ergonomic grip, the bolster contrasting with the handle. The bull on the back of the handle is Tim Malzer's signature!
A charming, undeniable and impressive design.
This range is water resistant and very functional.
