Chevalerias ‘Le Thiers’ folding knife: 1 piece made from broomwood with a damascened blade

This is the most prestigious and luxurious model in the entire Le Thiers range. This collector’s item breaks with traditional standards to combine materials of the highest quality.

Le Thiers folding knife, handcrafted in the Chevalerias cutlery workshops in Palladuc.
The elegant ‘double wave’ silhouette is characteristic of the registered design of the Le Thiers designation. 

The 11 cm blade replaces Sandvik steel with genuine Damascus steel. It features unique, hypnotic wavy patterns on each knife, forged by the layering of different steel layers. It cuts like a razor blade. Drop Point shape. The regulatory marking ‘Le Thiers par A. Chevalerias’ is engraved directly onto the blade.
The Guilloché Spine: The mechanical chiselling, forming regular waves, is clearly visible along the entire length of the metal spine (the back of the knife). 

Broomwood handle: It features light, golden and soft natural hues, with a very dense grain that makes it particularly resistant to minor everyday knocks. Mature broom bushes develop a heartwood that can be used by cutlers.
This wood feels silky and soft to the touch, offering excellent ergonomics.
Fitted with a simple brushed stainless steel bolster at the front to protect the pivot.
Locking mechanism: Traditional forced-lock system with manual opening via the notch in the blade (the tang).
