The elegant ‘double wave’ silhouette is characteristic of the registered design of the Le Thiers designation. 

The 11 cm blade replaces Sandvik steel with genuine Damascus steel. It features unique, hypnotic wavy patterns on each knife, forged by the layering of different steel layers. It cuts like a razor blade. Drop Point shape. The regulatory marking ‘Le Thiers par A. Chevalerias’ is engraved directly onto the blade.
The Guilloché Spine: The mechanical chiselling, forming regular waves, is clearly visible along the entire length of the metal spine (the back of the knife). 

A handle made from genuine buffalo horn in a deep, lustrous black, offering a very smooth, dense and elegant feel. Its closed length remains at the standard size of 11.5 cm
a natural, lingering peppery and spicy aroma, which intensifies with the warmth of the hand. The handle measures 11.5 cm when closed.
Fitted with a simple brushed stainless steel bolster at the front to protect the pivot.
Locking mechanism: Traditional forced-lock system with manual opening via the notch in the blade (the tang).
