Practical Silky Curve Ultra Accel folding pruning saw for outdoor work on fresh wood.

Suitable for cutting green wood, it is particularly well suited to pruning, but can also be used for cabinet making.

The Super Accel Curve is a lightweight folding saw with a curved, nickel-coated blade. The large 8 teeth per 30 mm are perfect for fresh wood.

The curved blade cuts faster and is more aggressive than the straight blade. For working above the shoulders and below the knees, you can reach the top of a branch effortlessly. The Super Accel Curve is equipped with the new and innovative Gokai-Me technology, specially designed for optimum evacuation and for making longitudinal, transverse and oblique cuts.

The Super Accel Curve also features a new rubber handle housed in a rigid aluminium frame, for greater comfort without increasing the weight of the saw. A small notch has also been made on the blade, allowing the user to unfold the blade easily.

It cuts by pulling, so it's easier to handle and requires less effort. It's also lightweight, so it fits easily into your rucksack.
With its black GOM handle, this model is easy to grip and has a curved 21 cm blade (up to 10.5 cm in diameter) with 8 teeth every 3 cm. It cuts cleanly and is ideal for working even on flat surfaces such as workbenches.

Silky Japanese saw blades are made from top-quality SK-4 carbon steel and are laser-cut. The blades are of unrivalled quality: very hard and strong, they remain supple and bite easily into the wood: this suppleness and flexibility come from the fact that the core of the teeth is made of soft metal.
The chemical composition of the metal, combined with the unique heating and cooling process, determines its high hardness. The high carbon content leads to high wear resistance, so the cutting edge stays sharp for a very long time.
The blade must be kept clean for optimum efficiency. The resin dissolves with olive oil, so your blade will be well cared for. Dry your blade and store it in a dry place.
