Petty or paring knife from Boker 37 layers of Damascus steel and olive wood

This series of Boker Damascus Olive chef's knives is in perfect harmony with traditional Japanese handle shapes made of black laminated wood and razor sharp blades.

In Japan the Petty knife is the equivalent of the paring knife in Europe, designed for peeling fruit and vegetables but also for making small cuts.

The VG10 damascus steel with 37 layers of rust-resistant steel is made in Japan and is characterised by a high degree of hardness and a homogeneous crystal structure.
The comparison of the cutting performance with a product of a kitchen knife manufacturer in Solingen is more than 68% better. This means you don't have to worry about resharpening.

The olive wood handle, a stainless steel bolster with a steel rivet to contrast with the black handle.

A kitchen knife prized by professionals and cooking enthusiasts alike!

Be sure to wash your blade by hand
