Boker Damascus Black Chef Knife 37 layers of Damascus steel

This series of Boker Damascus Black chef's knives is in perfect harmony with the traditional Japanese handle shapes made of black laminated wood and the razor-sharp blades.

The CHUTOH: medium knife. Can be likened to a medium chef's knife. Used for cleaning and cutting all fish and meat

The VG10 damascus steel with 37 layers of rust-resistant steel is manufactured in Japan and is characterised by a high degree of hardness and a homogeneous crystal structure.
The comparison of the cutting performance with a product of a kitchen knife manufacturer in Solingen is more than 68% better. This means you don't have to worry about resharpening.

The handle is made of black plywood, a local laminated wood that is very resistant, especially in wet conditions. The bolster is made of stainless steel with a steel rivet to contrast with the black handle.
