Wusaki Pakka X50 Paring Knife 9cm

 The paring knife will allow you to carry out all the cuts of fruits and vegetables without damaging them thanks to its blade in X50CrMoV15. The blade has been hammered which gives it the guarantee of being a shock resistant knife.

The handle is made of Pakkawood, a composite material which gives it an incomparable robustness and accepts temperature changes without damaging itself.

Its design contrasts with the steel of the blade.

All the knives are engraved at the end of the handle with a Japanese inscription that means "the Tiger".
