Wusaki Pakka X50 knive 20cm
The ideal chef's knife for cutting herbs, vegetables and meat thanks to its X50CrMoV15 blade made in Germany.
The blade with a chrome content of 15%. has been hammered, which gives it the guarantee of being a shock-resistant knife. It will keep its edge longer thanks to a perfect sharpening of its blade edge at 30°.
Its handle made of Pakkawood, a composite material, gives it an incomparable robustness and accepts temperature changes without deteriorating.
All the knives are engraved at the end of the handle with a Japanese inscription which means "the Tiger".
