Manufactured from quality materials, their performance and finishes are irreproachable.
The steel used for the blades of each of these knives is X50CrMoV15, a German steel from Soligen, renowned for being a professional quality steel. Its chromium content is 15% in order to increase corrosion resistance.
Thanks to its hardness 58/60 HRC it is the good compromise between hardness and sharpness, it is very appreciated in the culinary field.
