High quality steel, a special formula Zwilling J.A.Henckels, particularly well balanced in content chrome/carbon, which makes these knives really durable and resistant to corrosion.
In addition, with its profile in V, acute cutting angle of 30º (15º on either side) allows to obtain excellent performance. 

Synthetic handle 
The bolster provides a smooth transition from the handle to the blade. This bolster is shaped like a hand guard and ensures safety while cutting, as well as an even distribution of weight.
