The F. DICK SM-130 belt grinder with water-cooled grinding belt is a new product in the Friedr. Dick range. This machine can be used to professionally grind all hand knives machine knives and tools. It consists of two stations: The sanding belt for resharpening knives and the polishing wheel for polishing the cutting edge.
The SM-130 from F. DICK meets all sharpening requirements, whether in the craft or industrial sectors, in the food industry or in professional sharpening services. A new convex grind can be created quickly and without damaging the material. Water cooling prevents the wire from overheating and retains sharpening dust. The edge can be sharpened and polished on the polishing felt. This sharpens the cutting edge, leaving knives and tools extremely sharp.

The SM-130 is compact, extremely robust and absolutely reliable. The belt sander arm is infinitely adjustable, so it can be adapted to suit any working environment.
The 1,000 mm long, 50 mm wide sanding belt allows you to quickly and gently apply a new bevelled edge to the material. Damage to the cutting edge can be eliminated in no time. Water cooling prevents the cutting edge from overheating, while retaining grinding dust. The design of the machine allows the entire blade to be resharpened from handle to tip.
