Boker MG-42 Damascus knife made in Solingen by Chad Nichols
This MG-42 dagger is unique in that it combines the world of knives with military history.
The MG-42 is the successor to the MG-34, which was too complex to manufacture. The MG-42 was one of the best German machine guns of the Second World War used by the Wehrmacht infantry.
Chad Nichols was able to forge the steel of the MG-42 into the heart of the dagger, a double-edged blade. A Damascus pattern selected by Low Layer Raindrop (40 layers) takes on its full meaning thanks to the symmetrical profile of the blade. A smooth Spear Point edge that cuts like a razor blade.
Desert ironwood handle with a solid stainless steel pommel and guard made from the cooling fins and gas outlets of the MG-42 recoil booster.
The guard provides a perfect grip for your hand.
