Fixed rescue knife Boker Expert Fire Fixed red without glass breaker

Dönges GmbH and Co. KG is the leading supplier of systems for fire brigades, rescue services, authorities and the Bundeswehr.
Dönges and Böker have been working together for decades. For the first time, the market leaders in their sector have combined their expertise to create a completely new series of rescue knives for professional users.
The result is a series of differentiated products for the four areas of firefighting, rescue, law enforcement and the military. The model range is divided into three user levels: Basic, Professional and Expert. Each of the 8 rescue tools is tailored in every detail to each user and their specific needs.

The knife can be used on a daily basis and can also be used for general cutting tasks. In an emergency, as a professional rescue tool, it's always at hand in the event of an unforeseen event. 

The two knives in the Dönges Expert series are specialised tools for difficult and demanding rescue operations. What both knives have in common are red G10 inserts with a Dönges honeycomb structure for a secure grip, D2 steel blades that retain their sharpness and resist rust, and a glass breaker (except for the fixed knife). Both knives have multiple cutting edges, making them ideal for cutting ropes, belts and the clothes of injured people. The Expert series consists of a lockable double-bladed knife and a fixed knife.

The only fixed blade in the series has a double-edged blade. The underside is sanded along its entire length. The back has a sharp scalloped edge for fibrous materials. There is a belt cutter behind the tip of the blade at the back. The tip is designed as a blunt lever point. This means it can be driven into very tight joints with little force. The full tang construction features distinctive protective elements, including one at the top designed as an integrated bottle opener. The knife fits securely and precisely into the included Kydex sheath, and can also be secured with a removable push-button latch made from fibre-reinforced synthetic material.
