The Amberg knife is a versatile and elegant model, ideal for outdoor activities. It combines robustness, balance and a comfortable grip.
Robust enough for the most demanding tasks, it is also nimble enough for precision work and food preparation.
It combines a solid construction with an ingenious design and a new handle offering optimal comfort and control in all circumstances. Designed to perform in most environments, from hiking to fishing and hunting, through to camping and everyday use. Its spine is ground for use with a ferrocerium rod, ideal for starting a fire.
Smooth, satin-finished blade in cryogenically treated 12C27 stainless steel. Hardness 58HRC with a Scandinavian grind for a long-lasting edge and easy maintenance.
Featuring an ergonomic, flat handle designed to suit a wider range of users and different grips. Tapered towards the front, it has grooves on the back for better control during precision work. Its non-slip coating has been laboratory-tested to ensure a secure grip, even in wet, cold or greasy conditions. The handle, comprising three components, combines a robust polypropylene (PP) core with an outer layer of polyethylene terephthalate (TPE), offering an ideal balance between strength and comfort.
